good job shelly, finding a cool article on someones final topic! i think is is a wonderful but tricky idea. it is good for areas that dont have a lot of money or another way of paying for oil. this does seem to create a problem for businesses. since they are the ones that would normally profit from these sales.

I love how this is like gift giving like in the movie ongka's big moka, they give a gift of oil and have influence over countries and expect something in return such as free services of doctors and teachers, too bad the US is too capitalistic for this to occur.
